Employee Spotlight: Steve Heady

Wesgarde Components Group, Inc. is proud to feature Steve Heady as a dedicated, model employee.

Steve has spent over 22 years committing his time and efforts to grow Wesgarde Components Group, Inc. Within those 22 years he has occupied a wide variety of positions.

Those positions include: Warehouse Worker, Assistant Warehouse Manager, Buyer, Inventory Control Manager, and he currently is serving as our Operations Manager/ISO Management Representative.

When asked why he has chosen to invest 22 years into our company, he replied:

“I have always felt appreciated and a part of the Wesgarde family, the people here are always willing to help each other out. I have been given opportunities to learn our industry and grow with the company and it has been a great journey! I look forward to what Wesgarde has to bring in the future!”

Emergency stop switches (E-Stops) are critical human machine interface (HMI) devices that offer “foolproof” equipment shutdown. E-Stops from EAO provide long life and reliable service, plus immediate shut down in critical situations through safe/positive break contacts. They offer:

  • Easy adaptation to any application through modular design
  • Industry-standard mounting in 16 mm, 22.5 mm, and 30.5 mm panel openings
  • Accommodation for a broad range of electrical and mechanical specifications

Choose from Series 04 and 45 for rugged duty, Series 61 for a smaller mounting footprint, or the illuminated Series 84 with a short behind-panel depth – in compliance with ISO 13850, EN IEC 609478-5-1, and EN IEC 60947-5-5.

Judy has spent 35 years (officially 36 years this coming July) committing her time and efforts to grow Wesgarde Components Group, Inc.

She currently is one of our talented Inside Sales Representatives.

When asked why she has chosen to invest 35 years into our company, she replied “I always felt like I was part of a family with the people I worked with for many years. I was able to grow and develop a career with different positions in the company. A stable job with benefits that was good for raising a family.”
