Position Summary:
Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities. Offering products or services via phone, email, or other online channels.

Education Required:
• High School diploma or GED required
• College degree preferred

Experience Required:
• At least one year of experience in the electronics industry, sales, sales management, or relevant business experience

Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to set goals and sales targets to increase revenue
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
• Work with purchasing on inventory levels to support customer requirements
• Participate in trainings and business reviews to add value for suppliers and customers
• Collect tax certificates, credit applications, and other required documentation to maintain customer accounts
• Drive initiatives to increase product margin
• Additional duties as assigned

Physical Demands:
This position is mostly sedentary (6+ hours a day). Work is done in an office environment and requires the ability to type for extended periods. Occasional lifting of boxes up to 20 pounds. Heavy computer and screen-time usage.
