Position Summary:
The responsibility of the Field Sales Representative is working through the entire sales process, including generating leads, educating customers, and turning those interested in long-term customers. Develop and maintain customer sales revenues and supplier relationships within an assigned geographical area.

Position Requirement:

  • Must have a minimum of High School education/GED; college degree is preferred.
  • Must be able to travel.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Possess and maintain a valid auto liability insurance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to set goals and sales targets to increase revenue.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the electronics industry, sales, sales management, or relevant business experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Duties include developing and maintaining customer, suppliers, and manufacturer’s representative relationships.
  • Create and present product solutions to customers.
  • Drive design registrations. Actively participate and develop value to our suppliers and customers, through active participation in trainings, and business reviews.
  • Proactively sell which includes cold calling as well as other proven methods.
  • Responsible for identifying new business and grow existing business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
This position is mostly sedentary 7.5 hours a day. Work is done in an office environment and requires ability to type for periods of time. There is occasional lifting of boxes up to 20 pounds. Most work is done using phone, computer or traveling to customer locations.

Entry Level Assembler

Position Summary:
This position works as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Team assemblers can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis.

Education Requirement:
High school diploma/GED

Experience Requirement:

  • Coachable and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Good communication skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • The ability to listen to and learn how to perform all tasks necessary to assemble units and complete sub-assemblies.
  • Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
  • Follow instructions and meet productivity standards and timelines.
  • Assemble and attach labels and hardware such as clamps, tie wraps, knobs, and switches to assemblies as instructed.
  • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
  • Maintain the tools used to create products.
  • Adhere to safety procedures while operating equipment.
  • Work in multiple areas of production as directed.
  • Perform assembly tasks as instructed.

Position Summary:
The Sales Director position is to lead our sales and drive revenue growth for Wesgarde Components Group. The position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company objectives. This person will be a member of the Wesgarde executive team. A successful candidate will have a passion for interacting with customers and driving revenue growth.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent.

Experience Required:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the electronics industry, sales, sales management, or a relevant business role.
  • 7 years leading a B2B sales team in a professional sales environment with demonstrated success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sales software and databases. Epicor a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the mission, vision, and core values of the company and hold the sales team accountable to those ideas.

Location/Travel:
This position will be based in Lakeland, FL, and the person in this role will be expected to be able to live in the area or be willing to relocate. This is an in-office position.

Traveling will be expected in this role, up to 15 - 25%. This will be to visit site branches and customers. It is expected that each branch will be visited 3-4 times a year.
