Inside Sales Representative

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Reports to: Branch Manager/Inside Sales Manager

Position Summary:
Understanding customers' needs and identify sales opportunities. Offering products or services
via phone, email, or other online channels.
Education Required:
Must have a minimum of High School education, college degree is preferred.

Experience Required:
At least one year of experience in the electronics industry, sales, sales management, or relevant
business experience.

Qualifications and Skills:
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to set goals and sales
targets to increase revenue. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. Proficient
in Microsoft Office suite programs.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up
on leads. Work with purchasing on inventory levels to support customer requirements. Actively
participate and develop value to our suppliers and customers, through active participation in
trainings, and business reviews. Collect tax certificates, credit applications, and other required
documentation as needed to maintain the customer’s account. Drive initiatives to increase
product margin. Additional duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
This position is mostly sedentary 6+ hours a day. Work is done in an office environment and
requires ability to type for periods of time. There is occasional lifting of boxes up to 20 pounds.
Most work is done using a computer and screen time will be heavy.
